Return Policy

The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing that he is giving up the purchase without penalty and without invoking a reason within 30 calendar days after receiving the product. So, that means that the return must be made whitin 30 days from the delivery date.

If the product has been shipped to you, please send us the product is in the same condition as it was delivered (without being damaged or worn, in original packaging with all accessories, intact labels).

The costs of returning products fall on the consumer if you want to return the items without invoking any reason of is not our fault at all.


The value of the returned merchandise is made without any delays and in any case not later than 30 days from the date we will receive the product and we are informed of your final decision. The amount will be paid by paypal.

Please keep in mind to follow this steps if you want to retun an item:

  1. Contact us and kindly tell us the reason of your return.
  2. After you spoke with a Customer Service specialist – send us photos of your products (if you have received another product, wrong dimension or something is not OK with your order).
  3. Send us the filled RETURN FORM on our e-mail address:
  4. Prepart you items for the courier pick-up.
  5. Give your package to your courier.

*All items received are subject to inspection, please keep the proof of payment and the receipt from the courier.

We will not refund or any items if it was:

  • Worn
  • Washed
  • Altered
  • Snagged
  • Ripped
  • Stained(i.e. Make-Up)
  • Odors(i.e. cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • Or any other damage caused by the receiver.

We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.


If you have received a product other than the one ordered or the product has defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order by email at  or  phone call at the number (302) 261-5288 in order to solve this inconvenience. Only in this case the return of the item ot the replacement with a new product  – will be covered by us.
