The guarantee of compliance is only granted if the products are used in accordance with the instructions provided by us.  All the information on how to use the items are available online, the buyer has the right to be informed about them before buying any product. If the products purchased on the AEROBICO  website have factory defects or do not meet the technical specifications offered at the time of placing the order and / or the product that you have received is other than the one ordered we assume its replacement, mutually agreed, in accordance with the return policy  avalable on www.aerobico.com.

Please take in consideration the followings:

• If the products can not be replaced or they can not be repaired, they will be replaced with similar products (identical or similar).

• If the products can not be replaced with other similar products – the customer receives the money for the products bought in money in the legal term – 14 days after the products has arrived to our warehouse.

• Products may be replaced only if you send us the proof of the purchase, that means the invoice, the recepit from the courier and the warranty certificate – you must  submit them at the time of the notification, when you inform us about your return.

The warranty conditions are in accordance with current legislation. The warranty covers the lack of conformity existing at the time of purchase of the product.

HYBRIDWORKS Inc., offers ways to secure the warranty, depending on the deficiency found: replacement of the product or refund of the product, in accordance with the legislation in force. The remedy can be established by joint negotiation.

In order to benefit or the guarantee rights please keep the invoice as well as receipt received from the courier or confirmation of payment from the bank statement, in the case of online payment.
